Frequently Asked Questions

This could be due to a dirty filter, a faulty thermostat, or an issue with the pilot light. Try changing the filter and checking the thermostat settings. If the issue persists, call us for a professional inspection.

My family and I were on an out of country vacation and our home monitoring system alerted us that the house was not heating and was close to freezing. The owner Paul was quick to reply and was able to diagnose our furnace within 1 hour of arrival I gave him my garage code witch I felt really comfortable doing just by talking on the phone with him that he was trustworthy he was on the phone with me with in 5 min when he figured out the problem gave me lots of options in regards to fixing the furnace I’m really happy that I got lots of education to prevent this problems like this from happening again very satisfied

Paul with air knights heating and cooling fixed my system in 3 minets of being in my house after i called him for second opinion after another company was here this morning said that i needed a new furnace and the only problem i had was a 20 dallor part that was needed to get it up and running definitely trustworthy and I would recommend to anybody that’s out of heat Top Notch service
